Danny Mills tips Newcastle to go fourth, urges Sunderland to splash some cash and discusses Arsenal and Chelsea in his latest TEAMtalk column.
In this week's Mills & Boom column, I tip Newcastle to finish fourth in the Premier League table and congratulate Niall Quinn on a job well done at Sunderland.
I also explain how Arsenal are at an all-time low and fear Roman Abramovich will have no choice but to sack Andre Villas-Boas if Chelsea don't secure Champions League football for next season.

Mighty Quinn is a legend
I'll start off this week wishing Niall Quinn all the best in whatever he decides to do in the future. Niall took over as Sunderland manager and chairman in 2006 and leaves the club a legend both on and off the pitch.
He wishes to focus on his family and who can blame him? He has helped Sunderland massively over the years to get them to where they are now, an established Premier League team.
He leaves the Black Cats at a time where they find themselves on the up. Martin O'Neill has come in, taking over from Steve Bruce who left at the back end of November last year, and has instilled a huge sense of belief and spirit within the squad. So much so that I believe they could potentially push for a top-six finish and with the FA Cup win against Arsenal on Saturday, Sunderland could book themselves a place at Wembley come May.
Investment is key for Cats
Although it's early days for Martin at the Stadium Of Light I do feel that investment in the squad is key if they are to reach the next level. Things are going well but O'Neill has to build on this and with investment during the summer I can see Sunderland going on to greater things in the future.
All-time low for Gunners
As for Arsenal, the Gunners seem to be at an all-time low. Arsene Wenger told us all how disappointed he was with the team's performance against AC Milan last week in the Champions League - but to go out and play like they did against Sunderland on Saturday was just as unacceptable.
The players let Wenger down and they need to go back to basics. First and foremost they need to remember how not to get beat. They need to work hard for each other and win ugly.
I don't think it's quite at crisis point yet. Crisis point would be relegation or going out of business but for a club like Arsenal they certainly need to reach that level of competiveness again. Having said this, they are still in with a great shout of reaching that last Champions League spot in the Premier League but if they don't get it then I think you can say your goodbyes to Robin van Persie, who for a player of his calibre needs to be playing in the Champions League.
Struggling Chelsea
Another team struggling for form at the moment are Chelsea. Andre Villas-Boas' comments last week caused rifts in the camp. He needs to either count on his more experienced players to perform or clear them all out and start afresh. They have some big personalities within the squad and the likes of John Terry and Didier Drogba need to start showing their leadership qualities both on and off the pitch.
The Napoli game will be another big test for Villas-Boas' side. The Naples team haven't had a great time of it either recently but they have pace and directness that could cause problems for Chelsea. If Chelsea can come away with a draw then that will give them the confidence to take the game to Napoli in the returning leg at Stamford Bridge.
Champions League football is essential for a club with Chelsea's stature. They are currently fighting for fourth spot in the league and are still in the Champions League so it's not all doom and gloom for the Londoners - but if they fail to get into the Chamipons League next season then that must see the end of Villas-Boas' reign at the Bridge.
Harry is hot favourite for England
Harry for England seems to be the cry for most of the English public and I totally agree. He still has to be the favourite in my eyes. Wherever he has been in management he has always had a fantastic relationship with his players and just as importantly with the media.
So it's Harry for me but before an appointment will be made, Redknapp will host Stevenage Borough at White Hart Lane after the two sides scrapped a 0-0 draw on Sunday. Tottenham found it tough playing on a bobbly pitch which meant they couldn't get that fast, crisp movement we've been accustomed to seeing since Redkanpp took over. To be fair to Stevenage they worked hard and fully deserved a replay but I can't see them causing an upset next time out.
Spurs, in my opinion, are favourites to pick up the trophy ahead of Liverpool and Chelsea respectively.
Magpies can go fourth
I've mentioned a few times about the all-important fourth spot in the Premier League - and the race is really hotting up.
It's vital for the bigger teams like Arsenal and Chelsea to play continued Champions League football but they have found it tough playing under the increasing pressure mounting on them in recent weeks.
Then there's Liverpool. The Reds have struggled to win at home this season and find themselves four points behind Arsenal who currently occupy fourth position.
This leads me on to Newcastle United. Alan Pardew has done fantastically well this season and are performing admirably in the league.
Demba Ba and new signing Papiss Cisse have come back from the African Cup of Nations and if both manage to hit form again I can see Newcastle clinching fourth spot.
Some would say they have overperformed this season - but for me they are playing without pressure unlike the other three teams, and that could be the key to them going fourth.
